Seek, Explore, & Reboot

Lent is the traditional season for reflection and preparation

A series of conversations about Christian faith and life will be held from 1-3pm  on Saturdays in March, at Christ Church Cathedral Victoria.

These conversations, led by clergy, will present perspectives on a range of topics.
Discussions will follow.

Session Times:  1-3pm
Dates & Topics:

  • Mar. 4 - The Bible
    - Encounter/ interpret and live with our written sources;     
  • Mar. 11 -  Worship
     - Practice/ purpose of ritual and prayer in the sacramental life;
  • Mar. 18 - Doctrine & Theology 
    - Core concepts/ ways of understanding and questioning that support and nurture faith;
  • Mar.  25 - The Gospel
    - Message/ implications for our lives and for the life of the world.

For:

  • Anyone preparing for baptism, confirmation, reception into the Anglican Communion,
             or reaffirmation of their baptismal vows;
  • Anyone seeking to deepen and ‘reboot’ their faith;
  • Anyone seeking opportunity to question/ explore aspects of faith and belief with others.
